CFF Series Filters

CFF Series Filters provide your compressed air system with premium quality filtration for the three typical contaminant types.

  • Solid particles come from ambient air contaminants like dust and from rusted, oxidized pipework.  They will cause pneumatic equipment to malfunction, cause instrument and control failures, and contaminate end products.
  • Condensed water droplets come from the humidity in ambient air.  Water will oxidize pipework and pneumatic equipment, ruin paint finishes and end products.
  • Liquid oil and oil vapors are introduced by compressor lubricants and by hydrocarbon vapors present in ambient air.  Oil-free compressed air is particularly important in
    food and pharmaceutical processes.

Champion CDT Series is a Heatless Desiccant Dryer designed to meet your goals of clean, dry compressed air. Customizable performance technology is integrated into our product so it can be tailored to meet your specific critical compressed air drying application.  Now, you have the liberty to personalize the performance of the standard product to adapt to your specific needs.

Variations in demand, pressure dew point, compressed air purity, and hours of operation have often forced engineers to compromise energy efficiency and system performance for an “off-the-shelf” product. Well…not anymore.  The CDT series offers three controller styles to meet every application.

Membrane Dryers

CMD Series

The carefully engineered Champion Membrane Dryer point-of-use design provides a reliable method to remove moisture as a water vapor while coalescing filters remove solid particles, liquid water droplets, liquid oil and oil vapors from the compressed air system.  Moisture (water vapor) is present in ambient air as a gas and cannot be filtered.  Membrane fibers in the CMD Series dryers remove water vapor to prevent it from condensing into harmful liquid water droplets inside compressed air systems.  Powder-coat painting, laboratory instruments and
food packaging machines with pneumatic components are examples of applications which cannot tolerate the presence of any moisture.

High Inlet Temperature Dryers

CRH Series

Champion specializes in delivering the best compressed air quality to your working environment.  Removing water, solid particulates and oil from compressed air has many benefits which all lead to increased productivity and reduced overhead costs.  The CRH Series is designed to work directly with reciprocating air compressors through 30 horsepower, and is ideally suited for body shops, auto service centers and light industrial facilities.  The space saving design integrates a refrigerated air dryer and a particle/oil removal filter all in one compact package. There is no need for an additional after-cooler because the CRH Series accepts air directly from your reciprocating compressor.  This allows you to receive clean compressed air while saving floor space.

Synthetic Grade

RotorLub 8000

RotorLub 8000 is a superior PAO (polyalphaolefin)/MFSE (multi-functional synthetic ester) blend formulated with proven additive components. The result is superior thermal and oxidative stability.  RotorLub 8000 is ideal for applications which require extended operating intervals.  It is formulated for demulsibility and optimum viscosity over the compressors entire operating temperature range.

Food Grade

RotorLub 4000FG

RotorLub 4000FG is a custom-blended polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon fluid giving improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and compatibility
with mineral oils and equipment designed for use with mineral oils.  RotorLub 4000FG is a long-life lubricant especially formulated with rust and oxidation inhibitors for flooded screw compressors.  RotorLub 4000FG is authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants (H-1). Complies with FDA 21CFR 178.3570--Lubricants with Incidental Food Contact.




Semi-Synthetic Grade

RotorLub 4000

RotorLub 4000 is a semi-synthetic, severely hydrotreated lubricant formulated with a unique patented anti-oxidant package.  This lubricant offers outstanding thermal and oxidation stability, while minimizing varnish formation.  Life tests indicate a service interval up to three times longer than that of comparable petroleum based lubricants, depending on individual compressor characteristics and ambient conditions.
